Michael "Koz" Koziarski is a software developer and consultant who specialises in Ruby on Rails, database architecture, web businesses and object oriented design.

Following a successful stint as an enterprise Java developer, Koz became a contributor to Rails in 2004 and has been a Rails core team member since 2005.

Koz maintains several open source projects, and is a popular speaker at development conferences around the world.

Amnon is a designer, developer and product specialist who is fluent in both the creative and technical aspects of creating great software.

Amnon worked at Trade Me between 2005 and 2010, most recently as Creative Lead for the Product team, where he contributed to product strategy, and oversaw the creative process for turning new ideas into highly usable websites and site features.

Amanda is a designer and front-end developer who is enthusiastic for creating products that are a pleasure to use.

She is completing her final year of a design degree at Victoria University majoring in digital media design.

Amanda is also a seasoned volunteer at the fabulous Webstock conferences.

Nick is a software developer currently loving Ruby on Rails and tolerating Java.

He has a keen interest in web and mobile development, a strong background in object-oriented design, and a firm understanding of current software engineering best practices.

Nick is in his final year of study at Victoria University completing a degree in computer science.
